Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing order processing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with the sales team and customers to track orders, addressing any issues promptly, and ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Inside Sales and Order Processing skills Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the industrial products or engineering sector is a plus
