Operate and maintain chemical refinery operations. Significant experience operating and handling centrifugal separators, bleachers, and deodorizers. Handle acid oil. Record and monitor equipment parameters during shifts. Follow safety, food safety, and HACCP standards. Conduct pre-shift risk assessments and toolbox talks with the entire team. Ensure proper utilization of manpower. Sustain 5S and housekeeping in the ammonia plant. Ensure online quality checks of cold room parameters. Perform regular machine health check-ups and follow scheduled machine maintenance. Minimize wastage and damage regarding oil and packing materials. Maintain shift records and logbooks, and ensure proper handover/takeover procedures.
