Position: Front-Office Coordinator cum Receptionist Minimum 3 years prior experience in customer calling and healthcare or related customer service company. Front Office Coordinator is the face of the clinic. He/ she is the first person the customer interacts with once they enter the clinic. Candidate would have to manage patient appointments and coordinate with team members regarding scheduling and capture all information pertaining to patient visits, inquiries, sales, purchases, etc. Responsibilities and Duties Patient Handling : · Schedule patient appointments, visit reminders, follow-ups · Tele-calling to customers for visit feedback and follow-ups · Ensure patient comfort and hospitality · Billing, cash collection, bank deposits Office Coordination : · Inwards/ Outwards - courier handling · Coordination for clinic maintenance - cleaning, appearance etc. To supervise cleaning staff.
