Urgently required EV Trainers /Solar Trainers Kochi, Pune, Mumbai (All Areas) 2 - 6 years INR 5.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role & responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures, Case Studies, Experiments and Projects and practical training sessions on Solar PV/ battery-powered vehicle propulsion systems, following the curriculum outlined in course descriptions. Preparing Course curriculum, Handbooks, Papers, Presentation, Manuals etc. For successful execution of training / Specialization Programs. Incorporate your own personal EV/ Solar field experiences into the class when answering student questions. Provide comprehensive instruction on the theory and basic design aspects of battery-powered vehicle propulsion systems, covering topics such as high voltage batteries, regenerative braking, and electric machine motor types. Emphasize safety protocols and procedures related to EV and hybrid maintenance, diagnostics, and EV battery systems. Instruct students on the operation of electric vehicle traction motors, including their types, functionality, and applications in electric vehicles. Cover power management, power inverters, AC to DC converters, and accessory systems, enabling students to comprehend the intricacies of power systems in electric vehicles. Conducting Mobilization and Awareness drive for various training program. Responsible for delivery of Hands On session delivery, Project based learning. Ensure the timely processing of classes, projects, assignments, internship and placements. Conduction of workshop, Training, Internship program (Offline / Online) at various locations, apart from their centres. Follow up with concern engineering institutions on outcomes and track proposal success ratio. Deliver the expert lecture/talk on EV module & project. Mentor and support the engineering students/professionals for EV projects as per course curriculum. Resolving Technical Queries, Counselling and Orientation, Webinars for Fresh Admissions. Maintaining the records of performance, evaluation, conduction of assessment, preparation for Job Interviews, Internship etc. Ensuring quality, execution and feedback of programs. Provide technical evaluation and support to assist client service/project managers. Perform related duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or similar with 1 to 5 years relevant technical experience. At least one-year experience as a trainer. Have a wealth of practical knowledge of EV Systems / Solar systems and the passion to want to share this knowledge through training and development. Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge about EV and HEV System and Subsystems. Excellency in Model Based Development for EV with proficient skills in MATLAB Simulink, ANSYS, and Solid Works Etc. Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge EV battery modelling & Development, Prototyping, BMS with CAN protocols and BTMS etc. Strong Theoretical and Practical knowledge EV, HEV and ICE Vehicle Powertrain and transmission. EV Charging Mythology, Renewable energy based charging AC and DC. Fundamental Knowledge about IOT, AI and ADAS. Vehicle Control System. Vehicle Testing and Homologation Working with latest Automotive Technologies i.e. FCEV, ADAS etc. Excellent Communications Skills (Verbal / Written) Demonstrates the ability of multi-tasking, planning, project management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to specify learning objectives and outcomes. Develop and deliver assessments, course materials, and learning activities that are aligned with stated objectives and outcomes. Role & responsibilities Identify and connect with potential leads interested in Solar, EV, Battery Storage & related Courses. Conduct persuasive discussions to convert leads into attendees for counselling sessions online or at our institute. Provide counselling sessions to prospective students, addressing their queries and guiding them on the right courses. Develop and maintain relationships with students and alumni to foster a strong community. Analyse market trends and competition to develop sales strategies that maximize enrolment. Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns. Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of up skilling depending on the student's area of interest. Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone & creating a strong pipeline. Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/ monthly enrolment target. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the overall business development and growth strategy of the institute. To network with educational institutions and key decision makers. To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, other educational centres. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Other Graduate with sales experience can also apply.
