This Job requires the below qualities as necessary : Customer Service and support tasks: Running errands, both inside and outside the office, i.e : Banking, handing off material directly to client. Serving tea, water, and other refreshments to staff, guests and visitors Equipment operation:Operating and monitoring the use of equipment like photocopiers, scanners, and Coordinating repair of office equipment Inventory and Stocking: Unpack and process incoming shipments, stock shelves, ensure products are organized and help with inventory counts and record-keeping. Operational Support: Manage stock in backroom storage areas, and support other staff members as needed. Dispatch management: Ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of materials to Couriers and Customers and maintaining proper Dispatch records as per company rule. Problem-solving: Address any concerns or delays promptly and work to resolve issues that arise during the dispatch process. Skills required by candidate: Computer skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems for data entry and record keeping is often required. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to the rapidly changing needs of clients and to handle emergencies as they arise. Problem-solving: Essential for handling the unexpected issues that can occur during logistics and dispatch.
