Couple of weeks back I bought school books for my kid. The person behind Bill desk oh God.... Never smiles, Never give friendly answers, Never give relevant suggestions, Never understand customer requirements, he is well dressed, but customer service very poor. All other staff inside the store are good they are helpful.
