Pactera EDGE is now Centific, Really worst hiring process, simply wasting time by scheduling the interview. They called me on the phone and said I've cleared the round, they told share all certificates for release the offer letter after 2 days they told position is on hold.

Very bad behaviour when it comes to hiring. Was on my head for documentation within one day of interview and second day onwards the position went on hold. I wonder if they are running a scam to hoard documents.
