Position: Techno-Commercial Executive Qualification: Diploma/Engineer (Civil /preferred) Experience: 3–5 years Key Responsibilities: • Conduct product testing and site trials at client locations. • Handle technical demonstrations and explain product advantages to customers. • Work on client conversion from testing to commercial orders. • Maintain and prepare technical reports, trial documents, and client feedback records. • Coordinate with the production team for timely execution. • Provide after-sales technical support and follow up on trial performance. Skills Required: • Strong technical understanding of construction / plaster / building material products. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to travel for trials and client visits. • Techno-commercial mindset — capable of handling both technical discussions and business negotiations.
