Technical Expertise:Utilize the Celonis platform to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for process analysis
Develop and maintain data connectors and data models within the Celonis platform
Implement Celonis process mining solutions to analyze and visualize business processes
Functional Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their process improvement needs
Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation
Create functional specifications and design solutions using Celonis
Customization:Customize Celonis applications and dashboards to meet specific business requirements
Develop and implement process automation solutions using Celonis Action Flows
Reporting and Visualization:Design and build reports and dashboards to present process insights to stakeholders
Utilize data visualization tools to convey meaningful information
Training and Support:Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively use Celonis solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with Celonis product updates and industry best practices
Continuously improve and optimize business processes
