Cellular Platform Software Engineer- CoreBSP Enablement Team

Role Overview: At Apple, you will be part of the Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems (WTE) team as a highly motivated and strong technical lead. Your main responsibility will be managing a team to design, develop, and debug baseband platform software for next-generation products. Specifically, you will work on CoreBSP SW enablement and system-level issues bridging the gap between HW & SW teams. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team to design, develop, and debug baseband platform software - Work with HW & SW multi-functional teams to deliver features into next-generation products - Handle CoreBSP SW enablement and system-level issues - Collaborate with HW & SW teams to define and collect Platform SW requirements and solutions - Bring up CoreBSP components including Boot, CoreDrivers, Memory & OS components - Test, debug, and enable Platform SW flows in Pre-Si and Post-Si environment - Define, review, and generate SW System Level Test content - Analyze SW validation coverage gaps and devise strategies to fill coverage holes - Participate in Custom board debug, understand schematics, review design Architecture, PDN analysis, etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor, Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent - 8+ years proven experience in Embedded Software development and debug - Hands-on experience in processor programming, Debug, and simulation - Good understanding of SOC system architecture and System-On-Chip (SOC) - Extensive development experience, with strong assembly/C/C++ coding skill - Experience in using Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Protocol analyzers - Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and strong initiative skills,
