Have to deliver the number plates. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently collect number plates from the designated manufacturing unit, RTO, or central office. Verify the accuracy of number plates against accompanying documentation and vehicle details prior to dispatch. Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at customer locations, dealerships, or RTOs. Securely transport number plates, preventing any damage, loss, or unauthorized access. Ensure proper handover of number plates to the authorized recipient, verifying their identity and obtaining necessary acknowledgments or signatures as per protocol. Collect and manage any required documentation from the recipient, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all deliveries, including recipient details, date, time, and any issues encountered. Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and relevant authorities regarding delivery status, delays, or any discrepancies. Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary. Manage cash operations, transactions, and security protocols as per guidelines. Ensure all administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting are completed accurately and on time. Implement and monitor operational controls to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
