Handle site visits, measurements, and project planning. Supervise daily work at sites (POP, PVC, Gypsum ceilings & interior works). Ensure quality, timely work completion, and correct material usage. Coordinate with suppliers for material delivery. Manage workers/technicians and solve onsite issues. Update clients regularly and maintain good communication. Track project costs, avoid leakage, and support billing/documentation. Complete final inspection and handove r of projects.
