Job Description: Hitachi Solutions, a core IT Company of the Hitachi Group, with a global presence and a commitment to providing ideal solutions to customers across various countries and regions, is seeking an experienced individual for the position of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team/Project Lead. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate should possess a strong skill set including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365, C#, ASP.NET, Scripting, Azure, C#, OOPS, and Team/Project Leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include understanding functional design and providing technical architecture, producing technical specifications based on software requirements, ensuring unit tests for every component, developing functionality on the .Net platform, reviewing code for compliance with standards, enhancing the quality of existing code, and ensuring project completion according to specifications. The candidate will be expected to follow best practices while coding in .NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring scalability for high-performance scenarios. Qualifications: - Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in MS CRM or Dynamics 365 - Experience leading one or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery - Proficiency in managing client communication and delegating tasks - Educational qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science - At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of the CRM Platform including scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, and SDK. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of D365 with working experience, Power Apps, PCF Controls, CRM Functional Modules, Field Service, and Project Service. Proficiency in Azure tools like Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and CICD Pipeline is essential. Knowledge of SSRS, CRM Reports, ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, and OO analysis and design under an SDLC environment is required.
