CCTV & Surveillance Engineer

As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment. Your duties will include conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functionality, troubleshooting and repairing faulty cameras, cabling, and network issues, performing system upgrades and software updates, and ensuring proper wiring and concealment for neat installations. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation, provide technical support and training to clients, and adhere to safety procedures and company policies during installations. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment. - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems. - Troubleshoot and repair faulty cameras, cabling, and network issues. - Perform system upgrades, software updates, and adjustments as required. - Ensure proper wiring, connections, and concealment for neat installations. - Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. - Provide technical support and training to clients. - Adhere to safety procedures and company policies during installations. Qualifications & Skills: - ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role. - Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP/Analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems. - Ability to work with tools, cabling, and network configurations. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness to travel and work on-site. - Good communication and customer service skills.
