Job Description – CCA Incharge
St. Michaels School, Alwal, is looking for a dynamic and organized CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) Incharge to lead and manage all school events, activities, and celebrations from small-scale functions to large cultural programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory)
• Prior experience in event management within a school environment (must-have)
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Good networking and ability to maintain external contacts (vendors, trainers, resource persons)
• Skills in photography, coordination, and documentation of events
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Creativity and enthusiasm to engage students in various co-curricular activities

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute all co-curricular activities, competitions, and school events
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and external resource persons for smooth event management
• Manage logistics, stage arrangements, invitations, and schedules for school functions
• Document and cover events through photography/videography for records and promotions
• Encourage student participation in inter-school and intra-school competitions
• Ensure timely communication and effective coordination with school management
• Maintain an annual calendar of events and ensure successful execution
