The Teacher will be responsible for designing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging instruction, conducting assessments, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Additional responsibilities include actively participating in training sessions, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting the academic and personal growth of students. Qualifications Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education practices Strong skills in Communication and Teaching methodologies Knowledge of Training processes and techniques Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and classroom dynamics Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field Prior teaching experience in a similar role is highly preferred
