Cath lab Scrub Nurse

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CATH LAB NURSE:

• Assisting the Doctors during the patient’s procedures in all Diagnostics CAG, PAG, CATH study etc & Interventional procedures Angioplasty, IABP, TPI, PPI , Primary PTCA, Pericardial tapping, ASD Device closure etc.

• Taking care of pre and post cath patients

• Assessment of Vital signs and Monitoring intake output chart

• Planning and implementation of patient care

• Planning patient care

• Following physician rounds and carrying out the orders prescribed

• Assisting for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

• Asepsis and infection control.

• CPR, Intra muscular & Intra venous injections, Venupuncture, Venous sample collection.

• Monitoring blood glucose values with the use of glucometer

• Maintaining records and reports.

• Formulating nursing diagnosis.

• Implementation of plan of care.

• Patient & family education

• Evaluation of care given.

• Ongoing assessment.

• Maintaining sterile technique during the procedure

• Transferring the patients to the ward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
