Key Responsibilities: - Run catastrophe modeling software for client and prospect portfolio risk analyses - Prepare property insurance policy data for catastrophe risk analysis using various tools - Design and manage catastrophe reinsurance programs using proprietary software - Respond to queries from brokers, clients, and reinsurers related to risk analysis - Provide real-time loss estimates for catastrophic events globally - Assist in sending catastrophe risk assessment data to reinsurers and participate in market calls Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of Catastrophe Modeling experience - Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (full-time) - Practical experience with data analysis and validation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments - Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Access and Excel - Ability to work independently, think strategically, and take initiative - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders At Aon, we are dedicated to shaping decisions for the better and enriching the lives of people worldwide.
