🏥 Hiring: Cataract Surgeon (Full-Time)

📍 Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

💼 Experience: 4-5+ Years

💰 Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Cataract Surgeon to join our Client's hospital full-time. The ideal candidate should be skilled in independently handling high-volume cataract surgeries and delivering excellent patient care across OPD and IPD settings.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Independently perform cataract surgeries (SICS / Phaco).

Manage OPD for cataract and general ophthalmology.

Provide thorough pre- and post-operative care.

Collaborate with hospital consultants and management.

Participate in academic and departmental meetings.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

MS / DNB in Ophthalmology (mandatory)

Fellowship in Cataract Surgery (preferred)

🧠 Experience:

Minimum 4–5 years of independent surgical experience post MS/DNB.

For fellowship-trained surgeons, minimum 2 years of independent practice post-fellowship.

💼 Other Details:

Full-time position (no private clinic practice permitted).

Final salary will depend on skills and surgical proficiency.
