Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective clients. Assist in identifying customer needs, challenges, and objectives through discussions and requirement analysis. Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to clients. Prepare and deliver sales kits, solution documents, and presentations. Liaise with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies. Support in bid management and pricing strategy discussions. Build strong client relationships to support business development.
