Role Description We are seeking a full-time Bench Sales Recruiter for our on-site office in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing and marketing bench candidates to closing placements. Your daily responsibilities will include full life-cycle recruiting, sales recruitment management, client and candidate communication, and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. The position requires account management skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality hiring solutions. Note: This role involves working the night shift to align with US business hours. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment and hiring, freshers are also welcome Hands-on expertise with full life-cycle recruiting Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in the staffing or consulting industry is advantageous Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones
