The SMM - Accounts Manager will lead social media strategy, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee performance-driven campaigns that shape the digital narratives of iconic and emerging luxury brands. Responsibilities Architect and implement end-to-end social media and performance marketing strategies for luxury and lifestyle brands. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, deliverables, and campaign direction. Oversee content calendars, creative workflows, and cross-platform execution across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media ecosystems. Manage paid campaign setups, optimisation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance scaling.
