As a member of the Castelan Crew, you will be part of a team known for its craftsmanship and community spirit. Your role will involve visiting customers in their homes or commercial properties to inspect and repair upholstery, leather furniture, cabinets, and beds. Your dedication to solving problems and providing expert solutions will make a real difference in the lives of our partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Inspect and repair upholstery, leather furniture, cabinets, and beds in customers" homes or commercial properties - Record all necessary information and return documentation to head office within specified deadlines - Carry out authorized repairs within agreed time limits and standards - Achieve sales targets for care kits when applicable - Provide feedback and innovative ideas to enhance company value - Maintain a professional appearance, stocked repair sundries, and a clean company vehicle - Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Line Manager/s and/or Group Director **Qualifications Required:** - Must be 18+ with a full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) for insurance purposes - Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving - Professional, customer-first attitude - Experience with leather, wood, or furniture repairs - Familiarity with various furniture brands and models - Previous customer-facing experience If you possess bonus skills such as eagle-eyed attention to detail, great communication and time management, a proactive attitude, ability to follow systems and procedures, and willingness to bring fresh ideas, you are encouraged to apply.
