The Plant Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the plant, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating with various departments, managing maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
