You will be responsible for understanding architecture requirements and ensuring effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of technology and domain, along with the ability to lead a team towards a desired goal. It is important to ensure continual knowledge management and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand architecture requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities. - Have a good understanding of technology and domain. - Lead a team towards a desired goal. - Ensure continual knowledge management. - Adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Qualifications Required: - Must have 2-4 years of experience. - Should have led a team, worked as a technical lead owning the deliveries, providing technical solutions, coordinating with SAP for product issues, etc. - Experience of at least 1 project Implementation. - Excellent Technical skills in Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, etc. - Knowledge/Experience in at least any of the niche skills ODATA, Workflow, Adobe Forms, Fiori, HANA checks/HANA Migration is preferred. - Well-versed with Object-Oriented (OO) concepts of SAP ABAP. - Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector & other SAP standard tools with respect to development. - Proven examples of technical solutions, PoC, PoV, etc. Any blogs, white paper, etc., on SAP forums is a plus. - Educational Requirements: MCA, BE, BCS, MCS If you are interested in this position, please send your profile to careers@cassinitech.com.,
