Key Responsibilities: Project Management 1. Supervise and manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site staff to achieve project objectives. Quality Control 1. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. 2. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Safety Management 1. Implement and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and regulations. 2. Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments. Documentation 1. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues. 2. Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, quality control reports, and incident reports.
