Cashier/Customer Service

As a Cashier, your role will involve providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for balancing cash drawers, counting money accurately, and maintaining the correct cash flow. Additionally, you will handle returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies, assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and rotating merchandise, and ensure product availability. Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential, including scanning items, entering data, and processing transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive shopping experience - Balance cash drawers, count money accurately, and manage cash flow - Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy - Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems proficiently for scanning, data entry, and transaction processing Qualifications Required: - Customer service skills such as empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, and effective communication - Cash handling abilities including accuracy, attention to detail, and quick, precise money counting - Proficiency in basic mathematical skills for performing calculations - Computer skills to operate POS systems, scanners, and relevant software - Strong time management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, yearly bonus, and in-person work location.,
