Cashier/Customer Service

Cashier duties include processing customer transactions with cash, credit, or other payment methods, handling returns and exchanges, balancing the cash register, and providing customer service. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean checkout area, answering customer questions, and assisting with other store tasks like stocking or cleaning.

Guest Engagement

• Reply to all Instagram queries for Thrill Factory each morning, maintaining a friendly, solution-oriented tone.
• Handle incoming calls (mobile & Instagram) from prospective or in-house guests, providing accurate information and upselling activities where relevant.

Query Management

• Log every resolved query in the shared Query Sheet immediately after response, ensuring data hygiene for future analysis.

Content Creation & Publishing

• Upload two fresh activity videos daily to the shared Drive folders, following correct naming conventions.
• Produce eye-catching Instagram Stories; tag/mention featured guests to boost reach and encourage resharing.

Channel Ownership

• Post and schedule content for the Drone Craft and Thrill Factory YouTube channels; create new channels/playlists as needed.
• Manage Instagram accounts for Thrill Café, Thrill Factory, and Adda Bar—covering feed posts, Reels, Stories, and Highlights. Basic video trimming and captioning included.

Community Growth & Reporting

• Monitor comments, DMs, and story replies; escalate issues promptly.
• Share a concise Daily Work Report with metrics (queries handled, videos uploaded, stories posted, follower growth) at end of shift.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
