Job Description – Cashier & Store Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible, active and customer-friendly person to join our team at Lala Paal Nilayam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling: Handle daily cash transactions, customer payments and billing accurately.
• Account Closing: Maintain daily sales records, cash accounts and complete end-of-day account closing.
• Stock Checking: Check daily stock availability, maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Customer Handling: Welcome customers, explain sweet varieties and offers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Store Management: Maintain cleanliness, organize products and ensure smooth daily shop operations.
• Sales Support: Help customers with product selection, packing and order management.

Working Hours:

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Working days: 7 days per week
• Expected hours: 70 hours per week

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing.
• Basic accounting and calculation skills.
• Ability to maintain daily sales and stock records.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
• Previous experience in retail, cashier or shop operations is preferred.
