Job Description

Cashier is responsible for handling all cash transactions, billing, and financial records at the front desk. This role ensures accurate payment processing, maintains financial accountability, and provides courteous service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism.
Manage billing, payments, refunds, and deposits (cash, card, UPI, etc.).
Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile end-of-day balances.
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the hotel management system..
Safeguard all cash, receipts, and financial documents securely.
Assist in preparing daily revenue and expense reports.
Coordinate with the accounts department for auditing and reporting.
Maintain excellent guest service standards with a professional attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong numerical and accounting skills.
Proficient in using POS systems, billing software, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
