If there were a zero rating it would have been much more better. The merchant service is absolutely horrible. Call center service does not work and the assigned manager will never reply.

Terrible customer support! I have been seeing the same issue for the past 4-5 days with no resolution. Despite multiple emails, there has been no proper acknowledgment or response. It's frustrating to deal with a payment service that lacks communication and urgency. Highly disappointed!
