You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Operations, including Cash Indent, Withdrawals, Cash Forecasting, and CIT management. Your responsibilities will include managing various aspects of Cash Operations, from handling new Cash-ATM takeovers to overseeing the management of existing cash operations. You will be in charge of centralized Cash Forecasting, Indenting, Loading Schedules, Cash Trackers, Reconciliation, Reports Delivery, Daily MIS, Monthly Billing Activity, and more. This will involve coordinating with banks and agencies to ensure the smooth collection of cash from currency chests and the prompt replenishment of forecasted ATMs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Cash Management Reports that detail shortages, overages, and cash discrepancies at ATMs. You will also need to coordinate with franchisees for day-to-day operations and be the owner of MIS for the respective region. Your role will also involve ensuring the availability of low denominations at ATMs to enhance transactions, as well as closely monitoring cash movement and loading. You will manage cash shortage issues and work closely with CIT agencies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate or MBA degree with 3-5 years of experience in Management, Planning, Execution, and Cost Management. Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple partners are essential. Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving approach will be advantageous for this role.,
