Role: ERP Implementation Executive We need a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end ERP software deployments for our clients. As the liaison between technical teams and business users, you'll ensure smooth implementation, aligning with functional requirements and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and gather business processes and requirements with clients. - Customize ERP modules to meet client specifications. - Coordinate system setup, data migration, and integration internally. - Conduct user training and create manuals. - Support during UAT and go-live phases. - Maintain project documentation and meet milestones. - Collaborate across teams to align business goals with ERP capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Focus, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). - Strong grasp of business processes (finance, inventory, sales, procurement, HR). - Excellent project coordination and client communication skills. - Problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented mindset. - Experience in data migration and user training preferred. Nice to Have: - ERP certification. - Basic SQL or scripting knowledge. - Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems.
