Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor Job Summary: We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and promptly addressing guest concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, along with prior experience in hospitality management. Key Responsibilities: ● Team Management: Supervise hospitality staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. ● Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth functioning of front (reservation) desk, housekeeping, and food service operations. ● Quality & Cleanliness Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization across guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces. ● Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. ● Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery. ● Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service quality standards. ● Process Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. ● Administrative Duties: Manage inventory, budgeting, and reporting tasks. ● Team Development: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, morale, and professional growth. ● Company Standards: Uphold brand policies while consistently delivering outstanding service. ● Travel & Relocation Flexibility: Be open to occasional travel or relocation as per business requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Education: ● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Experience: ● Experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role in a hotel, guest house, or similar establishment ● Experience in staff management, hiring, training, and performance evaluation ● Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction standards ● Track record in handling guest complaints and resolving issues effectively ● Familiarity with booking systems and property management software Skills: ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite ● Leadership and team management skills ● Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities ● Customer service-oriented mindset ● Ability to manage financial transactions and budgeting Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
