Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is required, with additional languages being a plus. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing a world-class shopping experience for high-net-worth customers. Understanding customer preferences, educating them about premium watch brands, and guiding them in making informed purchase decisions are crucial aspects of your role. You will be expected to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Handling VIP and repeat clientele to nurture long-term relationships will also be a key focus. Staying updated on the latest watch trends, luxury brands, and collections is essential. You will be responsible for educating your team on the heritage, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of each brand, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepiece. Operational excellence is paramount, encompassing smooth day-to-day store operations, visual merchandising, stock management, store upkeep, and adherence to company SOPs, sales processes, and compliance guidelines. As a leader, you will mentor and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and customer engagement. Conducting regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and accountability within the team, will be part of your responsibilities.
