Location : Bhopal (On-site) Salary : ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) About the Role: You’ll be handling the social presence of both Instainnovate and Cartoonpanti , creating content that’s engaging, fun, and result-driven. This is not a desk-only job — we need a proactive individual who can take ownership, be on shoots, plan campaigns, and grow brand awareness organically and via paid promotions. Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Strategize and execute content calendars for brands. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and photographers. Write captions, hooks, and creative copies for reels, posts, and stories. Handle basic influencer coordination and campaign execution. Monitor analytics and optimize content strategy based on insights. Stay on top of trends, audio, and viral formats. Assist during creative shoots and bring in fresh ideas. Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media/content role. Strong command over English + Hinglish tone (bonus if you're witty). Understanding of Gen-Z content, e-commerce, and D2C trends. Basic knowledge of Instagram tools, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc. Proactive, organized, and willing to experiment.
