As a key member of our sales team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities in sectors such as marketing, retail, packaging, publishing, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate should bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of commercial printing processes, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Speaking Malayalam is a added advantage. Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions involving offset, digital, large format, and packaging print services. Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes. Negotiate terms and close deals that meet company profitability goals and client expectations. Collaborate with internal departments (production, prepress, design, logistics) to ensure timely, high-quality job execution. Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay current with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging print technologies. Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate client records.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive for a Printing company located in Anna Salai Chennai. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for billing in Tally and maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports etc. The Accounts Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting policies, tax laws, auditing standards and regulations, and managing financial information systems. Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Proficient in English languages Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Experience in managing and training a team of junior accountants Expertise in accounting software (Tally) and financial information systems Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare accurate financial reports Experience in tax planning, compliance, and audit support preferred
