Role Overview: As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Executive (Car Advisor) at CARS24, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through the car-buying process, interact with them, manage the sales process, maintain product knowledge, arrange test drives, pitch financing options, handle documentation, conduct follow-ups, address customer concerns, and collaborate with the sales team and other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommending suitable pre-owned vehicles. - Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pre-owned car inventory, including features, pricing, and competitive comparisons. - Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, providing detailed explanations and answering questions. - Pitch customer financing options and ensure fair deals. - Assist customers with sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation. - Conduct follow-up calls with potential and previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business. - Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to achieve customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure an efficient sales process. Qualifications: - Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. - In-depth knowledge of pre-owned cars and the automotive market. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,
