Translate wireframes and design mockups into clean, efficient, and reusable code Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver exceptional user experiences Deep understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture and all related design and implementation features. Experience with various integration methods like REST APIs, messaging, and queue-based integrations. Integrate PEGA with other systems, and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality hands-on development, code reviews, and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders Defining and promoting PEGA best practices, ensuring adherence to standards. Basic knowldge in Java and JavaScript, as well as experience with other relevant technologies like SQL, XML, and HTML. Identifying and resolving technical issues, bottlenecks, and bugs within the PEGA applications Strong agile/scrum development experience, experience interpreting user stories and applying the appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams Qualification Full time IT Engineering or equivalent degree (preferably in Computers ) Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Lead the design AWS and snowflake-based teams including interoperability formats. Architect data models and scalable integration solutions. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data pipelines and ETL frameworks. Architect scalable, fault-tolerant data solutions that support real-time and batch processing using AWS snowflake. Manage and optimize large-scale database environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and cost control. Define and enforce data governance, lineage, and cataloging standards. Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and testing of data systems. Drive performance tuning of complex SQL queries and ETL workflows to ensure sub-second response times. Resolve critical data quality, latency, and reliability issues across systems. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Implement advanced security protocols, including encryption, auditing, and access control. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of database internals and performance tuning. Strong programming skills in Python or Scala for data processing and automation. Must have health care knowledge on clinical data and end to end flow of data through an application.
