Role Description The General Duty Assistant will be responsible for providing care and support to patients as per the organization's standards and protocols. Daily tasks include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and general well-being of patients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mengio, where you will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure patients’ needs are met effectively and compassionately. Qualifications Experience in patient care, including assistance with hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Knowledge of basic health care protocols and willingness to follow established guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic and respectful care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team and maintain professionalism. Physical stamina to perform caregiving tasks and handle emergency situations. A certificate or training in General Duty Assistance or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is an advantage.
