· Install, configure, and commission Park Plus products and systems at customer sites. · Visit and prepare site layout for civil work and wire route plan in coordination with the client. · Supervise and guide Civil work at site according to defined SOPs · Install wires according to site layout plan. · Perform regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. · Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and system malfunctions. · Provide timely and effective repairs to minimize system downtime. · Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems. · Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair documentation. · Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues. · Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. · Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. · Travel to customer sites as required to provide on-site service and support.
