About the job: We are seeking a dynamic professional to handle dual responsibilities of telecalling and education counseling at our Kolkata office. This role combines lead generation with consultative counseling, creating a comprehensive student acquisition and enrollment pathway. The successful candidate will guide students from initial contact through to enrollment in international education programs. Key responsibilities: 1. Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to prospective students from our database. Follow up on inquiries received through the website, social media, and referrals. Provide basic information about our services and educational opportunities abroad. Schedule appointments for detailed counseling sessions. Update the CRM system with accurate student information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups. 2. Counseling Duties: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial capabilities. Recommend appropriate courses and institutions in the UK, Singapore, Mauritius, and Dubai. Explain admission requirements, application procedures, and visa processes Guide students through the application process, including documentation preparation. Provide information on scholarship opportunities and financial planning. Advise on post-study work visas and immigration pathways. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends. Achieve monthly conversion targets for student enrollments.
