Job Summary The Career Counsellor will guide, mentor, and support students in selecting and pursuing academic pathways related to CLAT, CAT, IPMAT, CUET, and GMAT programs. The role involves understanding each student’s strengths, aspirations, and learning styles to help them make informed decisions about exam preparation, course selection, and career planning. The counsellor will also contribute to admissions, student engagement, and overall academic success. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to help students choose the right entrance exam pathway (CLAT/CAT/IPMAT/CUET/GMAT) based on aptitude, interests, and long-term goals. Guide students on career prospects, exam patterns, eligibility, and preparation strategies. Address student queries related to course offerings, academic options, and career outlook. Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, campus tours, and information seminars. Support the admissions team by qualifying leads, making follow-up calls, and facilitating registrations. Maintain records of counselling sessions and track student outcomes. Participate in education fairs, school outreach programs, and institutional events. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or student advisory roles (experience in test-prep industry preferred).
