About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Build rapport with clients by being empathetic, approachable, and attentive to their needs 2. Manage a portfolio of applicants, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on each case 3. Provide accurate information about the Ausbildung program and Germany's healthcare and education systems 4. Assist applicants with documentation processes, including application forms, admissions, and visa submissions 5. Maintain and update records using CRM software and other digital tools 6. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person counseling sessions using Zoom or Google Meet 7. Organize and deliver seminars, webinars, and public career guidance sessions 8. Coordinate with educational institutions, visa offices, and other stakeholders as needed 9. Stay updated on changes in visa policies, admission requirements, and international education trends 10. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines Key characteristics: 1. Counseling & Advisory Skills: Ability to guide and motivate students and professionals toward overseas opportunities. 2. Excellent Communication: Proficient in Hindi and English (spoken and written). 3. Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, approachable, and a good listener. 4. Comfortable handling queries and building trust with clients. 5. Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple cases/applicants and follow up consistently. 6. Knowledge of Overseas Education Systems: Understanding of the Ausbildung program and Germany's healthcare/education pathways. 7. Documentation & Visa Process Know-how: Basic understanding of application, admission, and visa requirements. 8. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email tools, Zoom/Google Meet, and MS Office. 9. Presentation & Public Speaking: Confident in conducting seminars, webinars, and career sessions.
