Job Description

We are looking for a Career Counselor / Admission Counselor who can guide students and parents in selecting the right career paths and courses. The role involves student counseling, admissions support, and maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding career options, courses, and learning paths
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads
Explain course structure, duration, fees, and career outcomes clearly
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic and operations teams
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
Ability to work with targets and timelines
