• Conduct career guidance programs in partner schools
• Administer and explain aptitude, interest & personality tests
• Help students understand strengths, learning styles & options
• Maintain ethical, student-first counselling practices
• Document counselling outcomes and reports
• Training in psychometric testing (preferred)
• Confident communicator (English & Malayalam)
• Comfortable with school visits and field work
• Empathetic, patient, and structured in approach
• 1–3 years preferred
• Direct impact on students’ life decisions
• Structured frameworks & professional tools
• Growth in school counselling & education sector
