Required Skills: - Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates and employers effectively. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and maintain strong relationships. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job opportunities. - Recruitment Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools. - Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Recruitment Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
