Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and rehabilitation centers. Promote prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation products to healthcare professionals and patients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and medical staff. Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide regular feedback to management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Participate in medical camps, exhibitions, and awareness programs to increase brand visibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in Healthcare Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Willingness to travel as per business requirements. Passionate about contributing to patient care and rehabilitation solutions.
