Strong technical knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology procedures. Familiarity with hospital lab information systems (LIS) and basic computer skills. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle emergency/urgent testing situations.
