Care Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Management Faculty / Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical sessions across various hotel management subjects, helping students gain strong industry-relevant skills. Role & responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on practical training in Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and other core hospitality areas. Develop detailed lesson plans and maintain accurate academic and attendance records. Mentor and guide students for internships, industrial visits, and real-world exposure. Conduct regular tests, assessments, and actively participate in faculty meetings to enhance curriculum quality. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields. Minimum 1 year of teaching experience or relevant hotel industry exposure. Proficient communication skills in Bengali and English. Comfortable conducting live demonstrations and practical sessions.
